One glance, one state
When a flow runs across three tools, people want two answers: is it working, and is it finished? The pill answers both in a space smaller than a button.
Ready
The bar is open and waiting for a request. The placeholder reminds you of the shortcut and nothing more.
Building and running
While Wordloom plans the steps, the bars move like a heartbeat. Once steps start, the label counts them and the timer shows how long the run has taken.
Done
A lime check and one short line: what ran and where. The details live in the action log, one click away.
What we left out
No pop-ups, no sounds, no progress bars that lie. If a step needs approval, the pill says so and waits.
