Approvals that don’t slow you down
Not every step needs a human, and some always should. How teams decide which actions wait for a yes — and who gives it.

Start from risk, not from habit
Creating a ticket is cheap to undo. Sending a contract or issuing a refund is not. We ask teams to sort their steps into those two piles before they build anything.
Everything that creates, changes or sends something outside the team waits for approval by default. Admins can relax that, step by step.
Who approves
The person who asked approves their own low-risk runs. For money, contracts and customer emails, name an approver per team, and Wordloom routes the request to them.
Approve where you already are
Approvers can approve from the command bar or from team chat, without opening another app. Every decision lands in the action log with a time and a name.
Signs it is working
Approvals take minutes, not days; nobody approves blindly; and the log reads like a clear story of who decided what.
Write it once. It runs.
Try Wordloom with your team for 14 days, no card needed.
